               The History of the NBA Finals

In this I will be teaching you about the NBA finals and it’s trophies. The NBA finals are at the end of the NBA season and the teams who won their conference title go to the finals. In this I will be teaching you so you can become an expert.

                                The Trophies

The first NBA finals trophy was called the Walter A. Brown Trophy. It was originally called the NBA finals trophy but was renamed in 1964 after Walter A. Brown, the original owner of the Boston Celtics who was a key part in turning the BAA and the National Basketball League into the NBA in 1949. The original trophy was awarded to the BAA/NBA champions from 1947 to 1976. The trophy was kept by the winning team for one year and given to the winning team of the following year's finals, unless the previous team won again, much like the NHL's Stanley Cup, which continues that tradition to this day. A new trophy design was created for the 1977 NBA Finals, although it kept the Walter A. Brown title. Unlike the original championship trophy, the new trophy was given permanently to the winning team and a new one was made every year. In 1984, the trophy was renamed to the Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy, in honor of Larry O'Brien, who served as NBA commissioner from 1975 to 1984. It is made out of silver and on the outside it is 24 karat gold. After all that the players on the winning team gets rings that say the year and the team of the team that won. After that the MVP[most valuable player] of the finals gets a mini trophy for himself.

There was once a very brown, unusual goldfish. If you went to the store for a goldfish, in the tank you would see all gold goldfish’s but their would be one brown goldfish. One day, a man bought that goldfish. He brought it to his house and put it in a small tank. He was taking the goldfish out when he left it it out of his hands it would fly! It climbed on ladders and it was very fast. Even though i slowly swam. He flew very fast. The old man was very surprised and wanted to keep it.

The wind past by me. Some snow went inside my face but my glasses helped. I wore the ski suit to help me and also the blended sticks. I saw the gates and knocked them one by one. I was going very fast when I saw the snow. Everybody was yelling but I kept my focus on the speed. I saw the finish line and I thought I would win gold. I saw the Olympic logo at the end and also the fans. When I finished I saw that I won a gold medal and I went crazy.

There was a weird person in Miami. He never went out of the house and the people have not seen him in about two years. Their was a little boy about 10 years old that asked “how does he get food?” Then one day a little boy was in his family’s car at 5:00 in the morning for a vacations. They were driving past the weird persons house and saw people at the top of the roof sticking food. It went went down the drain pipe into the house. That is how he live and got food to eat.

There was once a planet far away form the earth. All the people there were just like you. But there was one small different thing about them. They had no faces!. They had eyes inside them because of the food they eat. Once some people from their planet come to earth. They went to earth in disguise with this potion and they stayed in singapore hotel. They took off their potion and just then the cleaning lady came and saw them in no head form. That is why they made a statue of them in singapore in the balcony hotel.

Over the years of basketball it has become very popular. Channels have begun to show it, more people that want to go to the NBA. But there has also been video games. In this you will be learning about the newest video game of the NBA. 2K made this game in 2000. Since then they have done one every year. The best consoles to play the game is the Xbox and the playstation because they are the only ones that support it. I hope you will like my article in this game.

                                  MY CAREER

In the the video game, there's this thing that you get to make a player. You get to choose what to do. At first you play in the streets. Then you can choose what team you want to be on and the position, height, weight and the shoulder width of your made player. You can also choose the descriptions about your player. You an even choose what college you went to. You live in this city and you can get ice cream, shirts etc. there is even a footlocker that you can get shoes. If you play basketball and you have basketball shoes you can get them at footlocker to play. There is also the season. You can experience the NBA. You can play your season in the NBA and you can win rewards. You can get to feel like to get traded and be the G.O.A.T. you can play with Shammy Wells. He is your best friend. You have a phone to message your agent and your friends. I think [from my experience] that it is the best mode in the game.

                                     MY TEAM

There is also this mode in 2K18 that you can make your own team. You get some players and you play with them. If you have favorite your own dream team, this is the place to make yours. You can get players from all the teams in the NBA! If you have a favorite player from different teams you can put them together. You can be the manager in your team. You can make your own team name and their jersey like what color it is and those other things. You can choose your court where you play. You can get your players’ shoes and you have to give them contracts. You can play with your friends in that team and see whose team is better. It is also one of the best modes in NBA2K18.
